2. Platform Usage

Nairaly provides a platform for individuals and organizations to raise funds. We do not guarantee that your campaign will be successful or that the full amount will be raised.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through this site any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, profane, hateful, racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind.

4. Fees and Payments

Nairaly charges a standard platform fee on all donations to cover operational costs. Payment processing fees may also apply depending on the payment method used.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
